1. Connect to internet through dial up.
2. Go to network connections.
3. Right click on the running the running connection and click properties.
4. Select your modem and click configure.
5. In maximum speed(bps) drop down menu set to the highest number.
6. Disconnect your internet and again connect it.
7. Your internet will become fast.
